She was the daughter of Leevin l. & Kendra J. (Pugh) Ball of Indianapolis, IN.
Other survivors include her maternal grandparents, Chad & Kori Pugh, Twelve Mile, IN; paternal grandparents, Brad (Amanda) Ball, Monon, IN; maternal great grandparents, Sam (Betty Jo) Pugh, Rochester, IN; Randy (Jane) Moore, Monticello, IN; paternal great grandparents, Connie Wise Ball, Buffalo, IN; J.R. (Jodie) Evans, Demotte, IN; several aunts and uncles, Bradley Ball, Ryan Ball, Hannah (Andrew) Matura, Teresa Ball, Anthony Ball, Andrew Ball, Emily Ball, Ivan ball, Kylie Pugh and Colby Pugh.
Lucy was preceded in death by grandmother, Jamie Ball.
Even though Lucy was here just a short time she has touched the lives of many. Thoughts and prayers are grateful as the parents navigate the loss of their daughter.
