Luis was born May 24,1984 in Ponce Puerto Rico and was a resident in Georgia for many years. He was a employee for Waste Management as a mechanic for several years and worked in drug and alcohol treatment facilities for many years.
Luis was the best husband, father,uncle, brother in law and co worker anybody could ever ask for. He had a heart of gold and would do anything to help anybody. Luis loved to blast his music, work on projects and always loved his fashion.He learned to be a carpenter, mechanic, electrician, handyman and even open treatment centers for drug and alcohol.
He is survived by his mother Marangeli Torres and his father Luis Garcia. His wife Jennifer Hall and all of his children Graciella Garcia Torres, Luis Garcia, Isabella Garcia Torres, Jennalysia Garcia and Catherine Hall.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, grandfather and uncle.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 1-3 PM at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Garden City Chapel.
