Luis "Tony " Antonio Maldonado, 46, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away while incarcerated at Turbeville Correctional Institution, December 30, 2025.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother Mary Holt of Blacksburg, SC, Children Chris Shirey, Britney Maldonado, Shianna Garrison, Eve Maldonado and Isabella Maldonado and 8 grandchildren. His siblings Wendy Martin (Josh), Kimberly Hampton (Ronnie) and his girlfriend Renee Peterson.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Anna Maldonado, brothers Ronnie Maldonado and Donnie Maldonado and his stepfather Jimmy Holt.
He attended Blacksburg High School, enjoyed drawing, watching movies and loved his family.
A Receiving of Friends will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 12:00 -1:00 with a Celebration of Life Funeral Service immediately following at 1:00 pm at White Columns Funeral Service with Rev. Ron Robertson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral fund at White Columns.
All other times the family will be at their respective homes.

My daddy loved me and his grandsons so much I can´t think of a time he wasn´t always happy just laying with me and watching movies or us riding around banging music but I´ll miss him so much forever your babygirl love you with all my heart daddy to the moon and back
