Mr. Luis was born mentally challenged. He lived in several group homes, but finally settled down in Dorchester Cluster in Tallahassee, Florida. He had a unique passion for music and especially adored the Motown sound.
Mr. Luis is survived by his mother, Joy Andrews; his sisters, Nilsa Stewart (Mark) of Tallahassee (FL), Dianna Taylor of Little Rock (AK), and Rita Cassidy (Mike) of Crawfordville (FL); his brother, Ed Santana (Rita) of Taylors (SC); 8 nieces and nephews; 8 great nieces and nephews; among other friends and family members.
A visitation will be held at Abbey Funeral Home on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 10:30 AM followed by a graveside service at Tallahassee Memory Gardens at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice in Luis Morales' honor: https://bigbendhospice.org/honors/
