Steven Mullins

Steven D. Mullins, 67, passed away peacefully in his home in Tallahassee, FL on September 21, 2025. Steve was born February 4, 1958, in Homestead, FL and spent much of his life in Columbus, MS raising his 2 daughters where he built lasting friendships and memories. In 2003, Steve moved to Tallahassee, FL where he resided for the remainder of his days. Steve will be remembered for his quick sarcastic whit, long hair, tattoos, and as a true Harley Davidson biker. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and loved his family fiercely. He was open about his journey as a recovering alcoholic, and through his own strength and perseverance, he inspired many others to overcome addiction. He dedicated much of his time to encouraging and supporting those who were struggling. He was also an advocate for suicide prevention. Steve never hesitated to counsel or comfort anyone facing despair, offering compassion and guidance to those who needed it most. His legacy of kindness, understanding and advocacy will continue to live on in the lives he touched. Steve is survived by his mother, Sue McAdams, three brothers, Anthony (Deborah) Mullins, Danny (Jennifer) Mullins, and Steve (Eva Sue) McAdams, and the love of his life for over 11 years, Cindy Peterson, two daughters, Michelle (Todd) Gibson and Danielle Mullins, four stepchildren, Brandon (Kelly) Frascona, Barrett (Kasi) Frascona, and Beth (Casey) Corder, Mason (Mary) Frascona, and 12 grandchildren, Cooper and Rooster Gibson, Colton, Presley and Collins Corder, Reese, Rhett, and Reid Frascona, Baylor and Emma Frascona, Brantley and Brooks Frascona, and a host of nieces and nephews. A Come & Go Celebration of Life Visitation will be September 24, 2025, from 5pm-6pm at Abbey Funeral Home Tallahassee Memory Gardens at 4037 N Monroe St. Tallahassee, FL. A Memorial Service will be held October 4, 2025, at State Line Baptist Church at 7560 Highway 182 E, Columbus, MS 39702. Visitation will be at 2pm with the Memorial Service starting at 4pm.
