Le precedieron sus padres Juan y Guadalupe Quiroga, su hermanos Juan Manuel y María del Carmen Quiroga y su hijo Luis José Quiroga Jr.
La celebración de vida del Sr. Quiroga se llevara acabo el viernes 2 de Febrero en la Iglesia Crossroads (1301 International blvd) de 5:30 a 8:00 pm con un servicio religioso a las 7:00pm.
