Luke James Woods, 29, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in Jeffersonville.
He was born on November 3, 1995, in Jeffersonville, IN, to James Woods and Anjanette ‘Anji’ Flynn Wise. Luke enjoyed holiday gatherings, spending quality time with his family, and fishing, and he developed a passion for hunting on the family farm at a young age.
Left to cherish Luke’s legacy are his mother, Anjanette ‘Anji’, and Russell Wise; sister, Jacy, and her husband, Andrew Taylor; nephew, Hayes Taylor; grandma, Glenda Flynn; cousins, Heather and Makenna Curtis; his father, James Woods; half-sister, Mariah Woods; girlfriend, Stephanie and her sons, Avery and Oliver.
Luke was preceded in death by his Papaw, Robert Flynn; uncles, David Flynn and Scott Flynn; and his cousin, Brody Curtis.
Luke’s family will receive friends on Monday, May 19, 2025, from noon until 8:00 pm, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Burial will be private.
