Luther Ray "Luke" Clonce, 76 of Ewing, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at the Claiborne Medical Center in Tazewell. He was born in Harrogate on August 18, 1948, and was the son of the late Clay and Willie Ann Ryan Clonce. Luke loved working with his hands and was a retired carpenter and brick and stone mason.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Neal. Thomas, Louis and Dan Clonce.
Luke is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Kay Mills Clonce; sister, Mary Bullock; brothers, Paul Clonce, George Clonce and Kenneth Clonce; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Monday, February 17, 2025 at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Rev. Kim Collinsworth and Rev. Mack Daniels officiating. Burial will follow at the Wheeler Cemetery in Ewing with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate, TN, which is honored to be serving the Clonce family.
