Luther Sieff

Luther G Sieff, age 56, of Wonder Lake, IL passed away in December of 2024. Born in Minneapolis, MN
As a young man, Luther earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America. Luther was also an outstanding athlete, he had the honor of serving as captain of his high school's track and cross country teams while only a junior, a privilege usually reserved for seniors. These early leadership roles laid the foundation for a lifetime of service and leadership.
Luther earned dual bachelor degrees from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in Aviation Maintenance and Aviation Management. At SIU-C he served as president of Alpha Eta Rho; a professional aviation fraternity. Luther had a life long passion for aviation and one of his favorite stories was piloting the skydiving team of the Flying Elvises in Las Vegas.
Luther's love for motorcycles was more than just a hobby; it was a way of life. He spent countless hours riding, maintaining, and customizing his bikes. He enjoyed going on long bike trips with his friends. Riding a bike was where he felt complete freedom.
Luther's true gift was his ability to light up a room and bring people together. He was the life of the party, always ready with a joke, a smile, or a wild story to keep the good times rolling.
Loved and missed by his daughter Corinne Sieff, mother Diane Sieff Schumacher née Moreland, and brother Jarrell Sieff.
Rest in peace, Luther. Your love of adventure, friendship, and life will never be forgotten.
