Luz Carrillo Obituary
Luz C. Carrillo (nee Aleman), age 70 of Camden for 35 years, passed away on January 5, 2026 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden. She was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico on September 26, 1955 to the late Regelio and Margarita (nee Rivera) Aleman Rivera.
Beloved wife of Hector M.; Devoted mother of Inez Calderon (Joshua), Elionexis Rios (Maria) and Ezekiel Rios (Ana); Loving grandmother of Gisselle, Gabriel, Jeremy, Ashley, Jazlynn, Izabel, Lukas, Joseph, Crystal, Ezekiel, Matthew and Destiny and great grandmother of Eliza, Alexi and Paulette; Dear sister of Regelio, Helen and Yvette.
Luz was a skilled seamstress, especially sewing party and wedding dresses. She also enjoyed assisting with organizing weddings.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, January 9, from 9 to 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Avenue, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery in Cinnaminson.
