Luz Portillo Obituary
Mrs. Portillo was born near Rosebud on December 1, 1933 to Pedro and Baudelia Torres Bravo. She married Joe Portillo. She worked as a seamstress and was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and the Guadalupanas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her son, Manuel Portillo of Rosebud, four brothers, Manuel Bravo Sr. and Johnny Bravo both of Rosebud, Steve Bravo of Lott, Joe O'Canas of Temple, four sisters, Paula Pina, Mary Lou Tamez, and Mary Tijerina all of Rosebud, and Rosa Portillo of Waco, one grandson, Matthew Portillo Rodriguez.
Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
