Luz Jasmine Sanchez, 43 of West Manchester Township, passed away at Wellspan York Hospital Sunday September 25, 2022 peacefully with her family by her side.
Born November 5, 1978 in Bronx, New York, she was the loving daughter of Luis A. Sanchez and Sandra Correa, a devoted mother to her son Daniel Lee Garcia Jr. (21) and her daughter Skylynn Sandra Alvarez (7). She is survived by her brothers Luis A. Sanchez Jr. and Joseph Sanchez, sisters Anna Martiza Sanchez and Helen Koreen Robinson; A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephew and friends.
Luz worked for YEFCU for 8 years and loved interacting with members and gaining their friendship. Then she joined Crispus Attucks Family a few months ago as a Career Advisor. She truly enjoyed what she was doing and touched the lives of many in her short time there. Luz enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was loud, funny, kind, caring, thoughtful, generous, and dedicated. She will truly be missed by many and loved forever.
Viewing will be at John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 2114 W. Market St. York, Pa 17404 Open to Family and Friends Oct 1st, 2022 from 2:00pm- 3:00pm The service will begin promptly at 3 pm. Repass will be directly after Hosted by her Crispus Attucks Family Rear entrance at 605 S. Duke St. 17401
In lieu of flowers the family has asked the donations be sent to York Educational Federal Credit Union for a College Fund for her daughter.
