Lynda Haltom, a beloved wife, mother, homemaker and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully in Ft. Worth, Texas on January 3, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on May 27, 1963, in Baytown, Texas, Lynda was a vibrant spirit who touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Lynda's warmth and kindness radiated in her role as a mother, where she dedicated herself to nurturing and caring for her son, Joel. She was not only a devoted parent but also a welcoming presence to many, always making others feel at ease. Her family meant the world to her, and she consistently prioritized spending time with them, creating precious memories filled with love.

She leaves behind her dear husband, Christopher Haltom, and their sons Stephen (spouse – Alli), Mathew, and Joel, along with their daughter Catherine Haltom-Boadi (spouse – Collins). Lynda is also survived by her brothers Jack Hall (spouse – Jana), Mark Hall (spouse – Nancy), and Reed Hall (spouse – Denise), and her beloved Aunt Dinah Meuth. Lynda was preceded in death by her father, Paul Hall, and her mother, Betty Hall.

Lynda's passions extended beyond her family; she was actively involved in her community, particularly within the 121 Community Church in Grapevine. Her love for the beach and mountains often reflected her joyful spirit, and she expressed her creativity through art projects and home decorating. In addition, she took great pride in her committee work for Republicans of Tarrant County, including work as a precinct chairman and serving on numerous committees, always advocating tirelessly for local and national political matters that were close to her heart.

A celebration of Lynda's remarkable life will be held on January 9, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at 121 Community Church located at 2701 Ira E. Woods Avenue in Grapevine, Texas. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor her legacy, sharing the love and warmth she infused into each of their lives.

Lynda Haltom is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by her light will continue to shine through the countless memories and love she leaves behind, reminding us all of the profound impact one person can have on the hearts of many.
