Brother Oats, so sorry that I did not know that you departed from this place, to return to be with your creator. Your are and was someone that meant so much to me, and you probably didn't know. You always made me feel appreciated and special. You will be missed. R.I.P my brother. Much love for you and your family. God is willing and able to comfort and keep you all in perfect peace.
