Lynn Conery, age 89, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025.

She is lovingly remembered by her son, Timothy W. Conery (Traci), and daughter, Laura E. Homan (Michael).

Lynn began her career at Kansas City Bank & Trust Company before moving to H.O. Peet & Co./Kidder Peabody in 1969, where she became a licensed stockbroker. In the early 1980s, Lynn embraced a new adventure, moving to New York to work on Wall Street. She returned to Kansas City in the late 1980s and in 1991 joined Country Club Bank, where she dedicated over three decades of service before retiring in 2021 at the age of 85. She built friendships that will endure forever, and those who loved her will always carry the warmth of her presence and the depth of her kindness in their hearts.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lynn was known for her kindness, generosity to charity, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She cherished every moment with family and friends, creating lasting memories. Lynn's vibrant spirit and compassionate heart touched everyone who knew her, leaving a legacy of love and friendship that will endure for generations.

Lynn was also a passionate world traveler, exploring new places and cultures with curiosity and joy. Her adventures reflected her love of life and her desire to experience all it had to offer.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Lukes Hospice House, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.

An Open House celebrating Lynn's life will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Andover Park Apartments Clubhouse 8501 N. Platte Purchase Dr., Kansas City, MO 64155 from 2pm to 4pm.

I worked with her for 20+ years at Country Club Bank. I forgot my wallet one time, and she offered to buy me lunch. She was a great lady with a sharp sense of humor. I miss seeing her at the bank. Condolences to her family. -Scott Lute
