Lynn Dickinson Obituary
After 15 years of service in the Air Force, Lynn held numerous careers, from dispatching and retail, to work at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, but found her greatest passion in teaching. She loved learning and earned multiple degrees, including a Masters in Special Education which she earned in only two years, with honors.
She was known for her dry sense of humor, unwavering professionalism, and for pushing people to be their best. Lynn always expected the best of herself and those around her. She believed that every child could excel if they were given the tools to succeed.
Lynn is survived by two daughters, and a granddaughter. Donations are welcome in honor of Lynn towards kidney disease research, Happy Day Animal Shelter, Second Chance Farm Granbury, or a shelter of your choice. Her wishes were to be cremated with no service, those wishes will be honored.

Lynn was an amazing educator and truly cared about her students. Lynn was a true professional, and she put everything she had into her work and into making our district a better place for kids. I will miss her great sense of humor, and I will miss seeing her and catching up on her great stories. May she rest in peace! She will definitely be missed by many people in the Big Spring community and Big Spring ISD.
