Lynn Ellen Ginter, 8/11/51-3/17/25, Born in Cleveland, OH, 1968-Normandy High School Graduate
Lynn entered into rest peacefully on Monday, March 17th, surrounded by her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents, Arch and Sara Jane Brown. She was the beloved wife, for 48 years of Larry Ginter. Mother of Diane Smith (Ethan), Joanne (Mike) and Mark Ginter. She was a loving grandmother to 3 boys. Brody and Deegan Radcliff and Dominic Ginter. She is survived by her brother David (Sharon) Brown and niece and nephews. Christie Rocks (Jon), Skott Brown and Matthew Ginter.
Lynn had a full and wonderful life. She will be well remembered for her sense of humor, sweet nature, kindness and ability to smile through anything. She had one of those smiles that would light up the room and make everyone feel at ease. She enjoyed being home with her family and spending time with her friends. She loved traveling, camping, playing cards/games, and shopping. She was especially skilled at card games. She was also part of the red hat ladies (lady bugs) and Ohio Silent Wanderers Club (OSWC) and enjoyed her time with them as they went on adventures together.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Deaf, and Holy Cross Lutheran church, where she was actively involved by joining various committees such as ILDA, LWML, traveling deaf choir, teaching bible studies and other fellowships.
She spent her time being a strong advocate for her deaf peers by being a teacher at Starfish Learning Center. She found much joy and fulfillment when she was teaching. She even taught her husband, when they were dating, how to ride a bike when he was 27yrs old.
She had a wonderful life, living to be 73 years old, with 48 years with her husband, she loved raising her family and found much joy when with her grandkids. She will be heavily missed but her family takes comfort in knowing that she is at last at peace.
MEMORIAL VISITATION TUESDAY, MARCH 25TH FROM 3PM-7PM AT ZABOR FUNERAL HOME 5680 PEARL RD. PARMA, OH 44129 (BETWEEN RIDGE AND SNOW). ARRANGEMENTS BY SALLY DONLON.
