Lynn D. Malan, 94, of Greenfield, Wisconsin, formerly of Greenville, Illinois, passed away on November 12, 2025, in the Hales Corner Care Center, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Lynn was born August 19, 1931, in Greenville, Illinois, the son of Percy and Gladys (Moore)Malan. He married Leona Belle Stone at the Presbyterian Church, in Greenville, on August 7, 1951. They were married for over 63 blessed years before her passing on March 11, 2015.

For many years, Lynn worked at the Southwestern Electric Company in Greenville. He enjoyed, years ago, playing poker with his friends every Wednesday night, hunting morel mushrooms and fishing in local ponds. He was well liked by everyone and would talk to all.

Preceding Lynn in death were his parents, wife, son, Hal Malan, and brother, Stan Malan.

Surviving Lynn are his daughter, Nancy (Tom) Clark of Greenfield, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Stephanie (Jason) Phillips of Carterville, Illinois and Emily Malan of Greenville, Illinois; siblings, Avis Bergen of Leander, Texas and Donna Bellinger of Seattle, Washington, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in Lynn's memory, to the First Presbyterian Church, in lieu of plants, flowers, and other gifts. Please mail memorials to the First Presbyterian Church, 501 N. Idler Lane, Greenville, IL 62246.

Graveside Service: 10:30 am, Thursday, November 20, 2025, in the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, with the Rev. Dwain Depew, officiating.
