Lynn Mary Servon, age 75, passed away on December 25, 2024, surrounded by her family in her home in Weare, NH.
Born on June 9, 1949, Lynn was a beacon of kindness and strength throughout her life, cherished by all who knew her.
Lynn was the loving wife to Joseph Servon for 51 years, and a devoted mother to Daniel Servon, and his wife Sharon, and Lindsey Esposito, and her husband Marco.
She also leaves behind her siblings, Sharon Quimby, and her husband Woodrow, of Sharon, MA, and John Engelhardt of Lynn, MA.
Lynn was a proud grandmother to Carmine Joseph Esposito and a loving owner to her beloved dog, Bruce. Her parents, Cecil and Howard Engelhardt, preceded her in death.
Educated at Highland Park High School, Lynn furthered her studies at Bryant College and Northeastern University. Lynn was also a graduate of the police academy in Middlesex County, NJ. Her career was marked by dedication and passion, starting as a Property Manager at PRC and later as a Condominium Manager at Millponds in Marlboro, NJ. Later she was employed by Neptune Township where she served in various capacities until her retirement in 2016 as the Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. Lynn exceeded in every role and adored all of her work family.
Lynn's hobbies included spending time with family and friends, dancing, reading, walking the dogs, playing pool volleyball with the "hood" enjoying the lake, gardening at Collins Landing, and cherishing moments with her grandchild, CJ.
A visitation will be held at Ely Funeral Home on Thursday, January 16, 2025, in Neptune City, NJ, from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Contributions in Lynn's memory can be made to the Hope Resource Center at Concord Hospital (New Hampshire), Monmouth County SPCA (New Jersey), and Dana Farber Cancer Institute (Boston, MA). Lynn's legacy of warmth, generosity, and resilience will forever be remembered by those she touched.
