Lynne Ann (Moore) Lowell-Rutledge, of Spencer, NY, age 65, passed away at home January 1st,2026 Born in Sayre, PA on December 19, 1960, to Walter and Shirley Moore, she graduated from Athens Area High School and proceeded to Elmira Business Institute for a certificate in accounting. For many years Lynne worked at Bob's Honda (22 years) and then Williams Auto Group (18 years) in Sayre. She was dedicated to her work but also always making sure everyone had fun. Lynne was a devoted mother and grandmother first and foremost and embraced every moment of it. Lynne loved bird watching, and sitting on her porch with her beloved husband Mark, and dog Peezee. She loved to read, spend time with her family, and enjoy life. Lynne made friends everywhere she went, always made people laugh and to her family she was everybody's favorite cousin. Lynne was full of personality, spunk, and love; may we remember her that way. Lynne is predeceased by her parents, Walter and Shirley (Talada) Moore, brother Jeff Moore, and nephew Jeffrey Michael Moore. She is survived by her devoted husband Mark brother Steve (Nancy) Moore, brother and sister-in-law Darryl and Donna Rutledge, children Isla (Bri) Lowell, Keeley (Dave) Lowell, Ryan Rutledge, Danielle ( Morgan) Smith, grandchildren Brayden Lowell, Jonah Lowell, Atari Lowell, Penny Smith, and Julian Smith, nieces and nephews Travis (Nikki) Moore, Justin (April) Moore, Kelley Moore, Tyler Lowell, and Kayla Lowell, special family Carol Lawrence, Jeanette Cardi, Michael Lowell, and special friends Jen Hannis, Lourae (Jeff) Fitzgerald, and Tammy Miller. She had very special friends at work, Alicia, Emily, Bill and Ashley. Please join us celebrating her life Saturday January 24, 2026 from 3pm to 7pm at the VFW at 932 W Lockhart Street Sayre, Pennsylvania 18840. In her honor, please wear Christmas attire if you can. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Animal Care Sanctuary https://animalcaresanctuary.org/ in her name.
