Esperanza nació en Sabaneta, La Vega, República Dominicana, hija de Jesús Reynoso y Antonia Mota.
Su legado perdura a través de su hija Margarita Vásquez y su esposo Jesús Núñez; su nieta Evelyn Núñez de Castro y su esposo César; y sus bisnietas Arline Abreu y Ceilin Castro. Su hijo Juan A. Vásquez y su esposa Maribel, junto con sus hijos Caitlyn M. Vásquez y Juan A. Vásquez. Su hija Nuris Vásquez-Meek, su nieto John T. Meek, su bisnieto Jayce T. Meek, y su nieto Tylor M. Meek. También le sobreviven sus hermanas María Reynoso y Juana Reynoso.
Esperanza se reúne en la eternidad con su esposo, Juan A. Vásquez, y su yerno, John T. Meek, quienes la precedieron en el fallecimiento.
Esperanza Reynoso De Vásquez, 96, a resident of Woodside, Queens, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Family and friends are warmly invited to the Visitation, which will be held at Drago Funeral Home in Astoria on Sunday, April 6, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. To express condolences, please visit www.dragofuneralhome.com.
Transportation to the Dominican Republic will take place on Thursday, April 10th.
Esperanza was born in Sabaneta, La Vega, Dominican Republic, the daughter of Jesús Reynoso and Antonia Mota.
Her legacy lives on through her daughter Margarita Vásquez and her husband Jesús Núñez; her granddaughter Evelyn Núñez de Castro and her husband César; and her great-granddaughters Arline Abreu and Ceilin Castro. Her son Juan A. Vásquez and his wife Maribel, along with their children Caitlyn M. Vásquez and Juan A. Vásquez. Her daughter Nuris Vásquez-Meek, her grandson John T. Meek, her great-grandson Jayce T. Meek, and her grandson Tylor M. Meek. She is also survived by her sisters María Reynoso and Juana Reynoso.
Esperanza is reunited in eternity with her husband, Juan A. Vásquez, and her son-in-law, John T. Meek, who preceded her in passing.
