Mabel Dorothy Bauer, 102, of Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 26, 2024. She was born August 13, 1922 in Elizabeth and was the daughter of the late William Otis and Catherine (Schweichert) Cramer. She was the wife of the late Jerome V. Bauer who passed away December 21, 2003. Mabel was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish; St. Angela Church, White Oak, and was a member of the Christian Mothers there. She was also a member of an area Quilting Club. She retired from Equibank in Pittsburgh in 1986 after 11 years of service and had previously worked in the accounting department of US Steel from 1940-1950. She is survived by her sons, Mark G. (Carol) Bauer of North Huntingdon, Jerome A. Bauer of Elizabeth Township, and William J (Dawn) Bauer of San Diego, CA., daughter, Bernadette (Lyle Farmer) Bauer of Bridgeville, brother, Calvin Cramer of Greenock, sister, Betty Noulette of WV, grandchildren, Jeffrey M. (Vanessa) Bauer, Daniel J. (Rosalind) Bauer, Stacey M. (Matthew) McCormack, Drew A. (Christie) Bauer, Lindsey J. (Alex) Hempy, and Brian D. (Debra) Bauer, great grandchildren, Victor, Logan, Lily, Cora, Lucas, Jameson, Everly, Weston, Amelia, George and Valerie, and nieces and nephews, She was preceded in death by brother, Conrad Cramer.
