Jacquelyn Ellen Toal

Jacquelyne Ellen Toal, 87, of McKeesport, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. She was born April 23, 1938 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late James Lynch and Ruth (Lovell) Wertz. She was the wife of the late Edward Toal who passed away in 1977. She attended St. Pius grade school in McKeesport and was a lifetime member of the church until its closing. She then graduated from McKeesport High School. Jackie attended Open Bible Church in McKeesport and Greenock United Methodist. You could always find her volunteering or participating in church activities and very active with Mon Yough activities for her youngest daughter. Jackie loved and respected the Lord, faithfully. She will be missed by her family tremendously. She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Hardy, Beth Toal Gerber and Charlene Toal; grandchildren, Jessica, Jamie and Abigail Gerber and Jacob Hardy; son-in-law, Scott E. Gerber; sisters, Cassandra Pufnock, Betti Kelso and brother-in-law, David Pufnock. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James Lee Hardy and stepfather, John Wertz. A private memorial service will be held for the family.
