Mabel Marie Curtis

Mabel Marie Curtis, 90, of Waverly, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on November 28, 2023. Mabel was born July 17, 1933 the daughter of Mildred and Cecil Sutton who preceded her in death. On June 10, 1950 she was united in marriage to Bill Curtis who preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons, Jerry (Gay), John (Kathy), and Christopher (Shelli) Curtis, all of Waverly; a daughter, Elizabeth Curtis of Waverly; and nine grandchildren, Amanda Curtis, Ron Curtis, Candy Jones, Mike Curtis, Melissa Curtis, Karen Curtis, Michael Curtis, Katlin Lamerson, and Tyler Curtis; and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Curtis, and Randall Curtis; a grandson, Adam Curtis; a granddaughter, Lisa Belt; two sisters Kathleen Riley, and Joyce Artrip; four brothers, Clarence Sutton, Charles Sutton, Tom Sutton, and Bob Sutton; and an infant brother.
Mabel was a member of Waverly Baptist Temple.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio with Pastor Rick Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Union Cemetery, Bridge Street, Waverly, Ohio.
