With profound love and gratitude, we announce the passing of our cherished Mac T. Williams, who peacefully departed this life on February 25, 2026, at his serene home in Pine, Louisiana, surrounded by the tranquility he adored, at the age of 78.
Born on January 4, 1948, Mac spent many fulfilling years as a devoted resident of Pine Community, where he reveled in the peace and quiet that defined his life. His distinguished career as a Tug Boat Captain and Tankerman for Calias and Sons spanned many years, a testament to his dedication and expertise. Mac's home was a haven for his family, who cherished their visits and were always made to feel welcome. Throughout his life, he delighted in collecting and driving vintage cars, attending the cruising the coast event, with loved ones, and tinkering in his workshop.
Mac is preceded in death by his loving parents, Roseph and Cellia Williams; sister, Ruby Jean Williams; and brothers, Duane (Donna) Williams and Ray Stanley Williams. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories with his three sisters, Mary (Norman) Bennett, Doris (Daniel) Thomas, and Linda Williams.
The memories we've shared with Mac will forever be treasured and cherished.
