Mack Hosack, 76, of Angola, Indiana, died on Friday, Oct. 3, 2025.
Details about a celebration of Mack's life will be shared with family and friends in the coming days.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to be made in Mack's honor to Southern Poverty Law Center, Doctors Without Borders, or the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

I grew up just blocks from Hosacks and remember them quite well . Always so kind and friendly , a couple of months ago I was at in Walmart , a gentleman was leaving the pharmacy, he spotted me as I did him . He said " HEY I KNOW YOU " We chatted like old friends , I wondered if it could be Mack & Marie´s son and now I feel it was . A Blessing in my life . To his family I´m so sorry for your loss . God Bless
