Mack Elwin Townsend, 83, of Prattville, Alabama passed away September 23, 2025, at his residence in Prattville, AL.
He was born January 17, 1942, in Alabama, son of the late Mack Townsend and the late Eloise Maddox.
Surviving are his Wife of 50 years, Tommie Jean Townsend; Sons, Jimmy Townsend, Steve Townsend, Daniel W. Whiddon; Daughter, Lisa Lynn Webb; Numerous Grandchildren and Great -Grandchildren; Brothers, Joe Mark (Judy) Maddox, Billy ( Carolyn) Maddox, Keith ( Cheryl) Maddox; Sister-in-law, Joyce Townsend; Nieces; Nephews; Great-Nieces; and Great-Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Mack Elwin Townsend, Sr.; Mother, Eloise Maddox; Step-Father, J. C. Maddox; and Brother, Jeff Townsend.
Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
