Madeline Wilson Allen, 61, of Morrisville passed away peacefully January 14, 2025 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 29, 1963, in Ruston, Louisiana to the late Henry Boyce and Mary Evans Wilson.
Madeline is survived by her husband Richard J. “Rick” Allen of Morrisville, brother, Henry Wilson and wife Kay of Middleburg, FL and sister, Helen Smith and husband Andrew of Tuscaloosa, AL., and mother-in-law, Ann Allen, and brother-in-law, Rob Allen, and sister-in-law, Gloria Minor and husband Tim Minor all of Creston, NC. Madeline also had many nieces, nephews that she loved very much.
Madeline was a graduate of The University of Alabama. She was employed for over 25 years with Lab Corp as a Project Analyst.
Madeline loved to travel, and she along with her husband Rick were avid “cruisers” They traveled to many wonderful places over their 18 cruises.
Madeline had a strong Christian faith and relied on her faith throughout her health journey. She will be remembered as someone with beautiful grace who loved family and friends, and was always concerned about the needs of others rather than herself.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday January 22, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Brier Pointe Retirement Community, 5911 McCrimmon Parkway, Morrisville, NC 27560.
Reverend Jeremy Minor will officiate the service.
Flowers are acceptable.
