Madeline (Maddy) Villanti, 108, passed away peacefully at Good Shepherd Fairview Home on June 20, 2024
Maddy was predeceased by her parents John & Jeanette Morell, brother Joseph & Frankie Morell, sister Philomena Scarzafava and her husband Anthony Villanti.
She is survived by her daughter Michelle Villanti, Grandson David Villanti,
Great Granddaughter Echo Villanti, Great Grandson Onyx Villanti, Maui, HI and Special Niece Lorraine Dickinson, Johnson City. Also, serval nieces and nephews, God Children and many friends.
Maddy was a very caring and giving person. If you wanted or needed anything she was there to help. She touched many lives and will be missed by everyone who knew her.
The Family would like to thank Good Shepherd Fairview for all the love and care they gave her the last 5 years. From Independent Living to Assisted Living to Skilled Nursing.
In lieu of flowers please consider giving back to a charity of your choice or to St Vincent's Loaves and Fishes food pantry
A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church, Clubhouse Road, Vestal, Monday at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at St. Vincent de Paul Blessed Sacrament Church, Monday from 10:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.

I have many fond memories of Madeline and Tony from my childhood, going up the street to the store. We reconnected years later at St Vincent's. Both were such caring and giving people! May they rest together now in the Lord's peace! Praying for her and for all she leaves behind. May you find comfort and peace.
