Madison Todd Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Aspen Mortuaries - Lakewood on May 31, 2024.
It is with profound respect and sadness that we announce the passing of Madison Carlisle Todd, a dedicated husband, father, brother-in-law, and distinguished veteran, who left us on May 24, 2024, at the age of 90 in Wheat Ridge, CO. Madison was born on October 26, 1933, in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. He graduated from Roanoke Rapids High School in 1952. Soon after, he joined the United States Air Force in September 1952, a commitment he held with honor and pride until his retirement in September 1978, achieving the esteemed rank of Master Sergeant. Following his commendable military service, Madison embarked on a second career with the United States Small Business Administration in Denver. His dedication to public service was evident throughout his tenure from February 1979 until his retirement in June 2009. Madison's commitment to his work and to serving his community was unwavering, and he was respected by colleagues and friends alike. Madison was a man of few words but notable passions. He was an avid reader and found great joy in watching baseball. These interests provided him with many hours of contentment and connection to the simpler pleasures of life. Madison was a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Anne Boley, whom he married in December 1966. He is also survived by his cherished daughter, Kim Samsky, of Sacramento, California; his sister-in-law, Carol Germano of Aurora, Colorado; and his brother-in-law, Charles Boley of San Ramon, California. Madison's legacy of service, dedication, and love remains a source of pride and comfort for his family. A ceremony to honor Madison's life will be held on June 18th at 11:00 am at Aspen Mortuaries, located at 1350 Simms Street, Lakewood, CO 80401. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice, in Madison's memory, to continue the spirit of giving that he exemplified throughout his life. Madison Carlisle Todd's life was a testament to dedication, service, and quiet strength. His memory will endure in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
