Makayla Marie Drumm

Makayla Marie Drumm, age 17, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Born in Carthage, New York, Makayla later made her home in Titusville, Florida, where she attended Titusville High School.

Makayla was full of energy and joy, with a love for movement and adventure. She ran track in the eighth grade and enjoyed running, dancing, gymnastics, and rock climbing. She loved the beach, music, and anything that allowed her to express her vibrant spirit.

Makayla had a special place in her heart for her family, especially her younger sisters. She loved reading to them and took great pride in being the best big sister she could be. Her kindness, warmth, and protective nature made her a constant source of comfort and love in their lives.

She adored the color pink and loved all things Disney, especially Princess Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Makayla's bright personality, loving heart, and beautiful smile will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She also loved God with all of her heart, mind and soul.

Makayla was preceded in death by her stepfather, Isaac Keas III (1983–2019).

She is survived by her loving parents, Nicole Keas and Kenneth Drumm Jr.; her siblings, Devin Drumm, Chloe Keas, and Isabella Keas; her grandparents, Charles and Dora Denninger, Anthony Mazzullo, Marylou Drumm, and Kenneth Drumm Sr.; and her aunts and uncles, Sean Drumm, Melanie Drumm, Emily and Billy Signoretti, and John Filkowski. She is also survived by her cousin, Charlotte Drumm, along with many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish her memory.

Makayla's memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, classmates, and everyone whose life she touched.
