Malcolm Kendrick Obituary
Malcolm was born on Friday, July 5, 1935, in Harrisonburg, Louisiana, to Henry Wesley Kendrick and Martha Ward Kendrick.
He proudly served his country, spending time in the United States Air Force and later retiring from the Army National Guard. A man of faith, Malcolm attendedGeorgetown Baptist Church. He found great joy in the outdoors and especially loved fishing, camping, and spending time at the lake playing cards with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Karen Kendrick Mitchell; eleven siblings; and his great-granddaughter, Sophia Grace.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children; Jody Kendrick, Kelly Kendrick, Jeff Kendrick (Sissy), and Jason Kendrick (Crystal); his sister, Barbara Pace; 21 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Georgetown Baptist Church on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and again on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM.
Funeral services will be held at Georgetown Baptist Church on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Mickey Hudnall officiating. Interment will follow in Georgetown Cemetery.
