Malcome Ray Polk, 86, of Milton, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home on October 3, 2025. He was born on August 6, 1939, in Jay, Florida, to the late Charlie Fletcher Polk and Edna Ruth Polk.

Malcome was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Madge Holley Polk; his parents, Charlie Fletcher Polk and Edna Ruth Polk; siblings, Maxine Polk Maxson and Vernell Polk Lynchard; and his children, son Malcome Ray Polk and daughter Donna Holley Brizel.

He is survived by his loving children, Tambalyn Polk Fournier (spouse Ed Fournier), Timothy Ray Polk (spouse Kim Polk), and Jeremy Todd Polk; siblings, Bobby Joe Polk, Joyce Polk Schroeder, and Judy Polk Vincent (spouse Bill Vincent). He also leaves behind grandchildren, Catherine Ytreeidee Fournier (spouse Michael Ytreeidee), Edward Fournier (spouse Jessica Fournier), Ethan Fournier (spouse Lucy Fournier), Addison Lynsey Polk, Joseph Rayne Polk (spouse Britnie Polk), Kendall Sinderson Polk (spouse Shawn Sinderson), Zayne Polk (spouse Maci Polk), Brayden Carney, and April Carney Terry (spouse Ryan Terry); along with 19 great-grandchildren who will forever cherish his memory.

Malcome dedicated 28 years of his life as a professional mechanic and welder for Southern Company, Gulf Power-Chris Plant, retiring on September 1, 2001. He was well known for his hard work ethic, skilled hands, and the pride he took in both his craft and the friendships he built along the way.

Outside of work, Malcome enjoyed reading the Bible, traveling, being a car enthusiast, and following sports. His faith in the Lord was steadfast, and his favorite scripture, 2 Timothy 4:18, was a guiding light throughout his life: "And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work and will preserve me unto His heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen."

Malcome will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his unwavering kindness, and his unique sense of humor. He leaves behind a legacy of love, perseverance, hard work ethic, the gift of laughter, and his faith in Christ Jesus.

A graveside service for Malcome Polk will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at Milton Cemetery, 6683 Berryhill Road, Milton, Florida 32570 starting at 11:30 a.m.
