Mallory Trumbull Obituary
Mallory was born in 1987 in Olney, MD, daughter of Nancy Ivascu and the late Gordon Ivascu. She graduated from Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI earning a Bachelor's Degree Cum Laude in Culinary Arts. Mallory enjoyed road trips to anywhere, traveling, swimming, creating jewelry, and going out to eat. She held a soft spot in her heart for all animals. As a child Mallory was a recipient of Make-A-Wish, travelling to Disney World. Mallory was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
Mallory married Christopher Jeffrey Trumbull on June 28, 2014, in Winchester, VA.
Surviving with her mother and husband are sisters, Kristi Lane (John) of Frederick, MD and Jessica Ivascu (Stephanie Collins) of Alexandria, VA; brother, Michael Lee of Winchester, VA; in-laws, Shawn and Cynthia Mowbray; nieces, Madison Lane and Rylee Lee; and nephews, Tyler Lane, Luke Lane, and Noah Lane and aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends and her beloved dog, Skylar.
Mallory is preceded in death by her Dad, Gordon; 2 grandmothers a her grandfather.
A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 11 am on Friday, February 13, 2026, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park.
A Celebration of Mallory's Life will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 1pm to 5pm at The Linton of Ballenger Creek Clubhouse, 6351 Alan Linton Blvd. East, Frederick, MD 21703.
