Manny gave me my start as an investigator with the NEW JERSEY Department of Transportation. I'll never forget him. My boss and friend.

I worked under Manny in France in the early 1950s. I always phoned him and Josette on their birthdays. When I called this morning I received a "phone not in service" message. I checked the internet and was saddened to find this obituary. Manny was one of the finest gentlemen I ever knew and one of the best agents in the program.
I was a bachelor in the 50s and Manny and Josette often invited me to their home in Orleans, France for dinner. It was a wonderful experience and I really miss them both.May they rest in peace toegther.
