Manley Victory, Jr., 75, of Exeter Twp., Berks Co., passed away at home, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. He and his wife, Linda A. (Stroud) Victory, would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on October 9. Born in Monroe, NC, he was the son of the late Manley, Sr. and Irene G. (Ettinger) Victory. He was an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Mertztown where he had served on the church council and sang in the choir. Manley was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a truck loader at East Penn Manufacturing for more than 20 years, until 1999. Manley had a friendly, outgoing personality that enjoyed decorating his neighborhood for Patriotic Holidays.

Survivors: Wife, Linda; Daughter, Ashley A.R. Victory; Grandson, Noah Rodriguez; and Brother, Scott Victory.

The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
