A memorial service for Manuel will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sinai Church, 9212 S Hwy 183, Austin, TX 78747. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.

My deepest condolences to the Ramos family. I was very fond of Pastor Ramos and his wife. I was very young when I first met them through my grandparents who were members of Sinai when it first started back in the late 70's, I believe. My grandparents were Dora and Lalo Lugo. My grandparents helped build the church. I know after my gpa passed in 1980, Pastor Ramos dedicated a pew in his and my gma's honor. A few years ago, I tried to track it down, but I'm sure after 40 yrs it's no more. I will never forget his kindness, his smile, and his love for God for always! He was one of a kind. Until we meet at the gates of Heaven, Pastor!
