Marc "Sparky" Daly

Marc "Sparky" Daly, age 63, of Philadelphia, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, stories, and love that could fill a thousand lifetimes.

Thought to be invincible-and honestly, most of us kind of believed it-Marc approached life with humor, stubbornness, and heart that defined every part of who he was.

If you ever met Marc, you know he could talk to a wall and the wall would probably end up telling him its life story. Known far and wide as the biggest yapper on the East Coast,

he was the kind of man who filled every room he entered, often with stories, jokes, and a contagious laugh that you couldn't help but join in on. Marc had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel like family, whether you wanted to be or not.

After retiring from Glaziers Local 252, Marc fully embraced life's adventures. He traveled the world, exploring new countries and cultures, and spent cherished time in Florida, where he found a second home among wonderful new friends.

Marc is survived by his beloved daughters, Christine Wilkinson and Courtney Daly; his cherished grandchildren, Zoey and Owen; and his loving siblings, Barbara Liccio and Robert Daly. He is also survived by his dear nephew and nieces - Robert, Erin, Nicole, and Caroline.

Marc's time here was cut far too short, but his laughter, warmth, and endless words (so, so many words) will echo forever in the hearts of those who loved him. He was, simply put, impossible to forget and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation and Funeral, Friday, November 21, 2025 after 1 PM from the Rogers Funeral Home, Inc., 1426 South 3rd St., Philadelphia, PA 19147 followed by his Religious Service at 3 PM. All are invited to celebrate and share their favorite memories of Sparky afterwards at Froggy Carr, 1429 South 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
