Marc Fletcher Obituary
Born during a legendary cold snap to Lynda Zahn and Steven Fletcher, Marc was a walking warm front. Smiling and kind-especially to the elderly, kids, and animals. His cat Piper (of course rescued from a pipe) was just one example of his soft heart.
Marc graduated from Start High School in 1996 and joined UA Local 50 in 2016, proudly helping build Northwest Ohio one weld at a time. He also turned wrenches at Brondes Ford and slung plates at Mancy's, collecting lifelong friends at every stop.
He is survived by his dad Steven Fletcher, sisters Tonya Fletcher (Mike Jagodzinski) and Chrissy Carnicom (Frank), and his adored nieces Lucie and Ella. His extended crew includes Jamie & Joe Burns and their boys, DJ Fabris, Randi Segovis, Jackie Wexler, and many others who considered Marc family-because he made everyone feel like they were.
Marc didn't want a funeral. He wanted a party. Before 2025 ends, we'll raise a glass to the tallest goofball we ever knew (plans forthcoming). And while none of us can hold a shot of Crown Apple as high as he could at 6'8", we'll try our best. Hope the weather's nice up there, Stretch. We miss you.

Marc was a great brother, a loving uncle and a good friend to so many. His lifelong friendships are a testament to his kind loving heart. I want to thank everyone so much who cared for my brother. He was a good human being.
