Marc E. Naro, born on November 22, 1954, in Nashua, NH, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, at Elliot Hospital, surrounded by his beloved family. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and a community spirit that touched the lives of many.
Marc dedicated a significant portion of his career to Digital/Compact, eventually moving on to FedEx, where he completed his working journey until retirement. A proud and simple man, he cherished the life he built and was exceptionally proud of his beautiful family, particularly his cherished grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and fulfillment. His commitment to public service was evident through his active participation in the town of Bedford. Marc was a proud member of the Bedford Men's Club and the Bedford Lions Club, and would regularly volunteer his time, passion, and resources, to help many other programs and organizations in a selfless effort to support the Bedford Community.
Marc was born and raised in a Catholic household, where strong family values were instilled in him from an early age. He graduated from high school in Nashua, NH, and remained a fixture in the community he loved throughout his life. He held fond memories of ice skating with his family and took great pleasure in watching his grandchildren participate in various sports and events. His spirited support for the Redskins was known to all, making him a passionate, lifelong fan.
Marc's zest for life included the simple joys, such as the companionship of his beloved dog Ruby, whom he adored taking for walks. He approached life with humility, finding happiness in the everyday moments.
Marc is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Naro and Jacqueline (Marquis) Naro.
He leaves behind his son, Jeremy Naro; his cherished grandchildren, Jaylynne, Jocelin, and Tenley Naro; his eight brothers and sisters: Cathy, Marie, Brian, Judy, Cindy, Tom, John, and Lucy; and his beloved family dog Ruby.
Marc E. Naro’s life was a testament to the power of love, community, and family. Though his presence will be missed, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 11:00am at Saint Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, located at 190 Meetinghouse Rd, Bedford, NH 03110.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Marc's memory to the Bedford Men's Club, Bedford Lion's Club, the Bedford High Girl's Hockey Team, or any other program or organization that uplifts and supports the youth of Bedford.
