Theresa R. Naro

Theresa R Naro 86 of Altona N.Y. passed away Wednesday, December 11th, 2024 at the UVM health network-CVPH, Plattsburgh, N.Y.
Theresa was born on December 5th 1938. The daughter of the late Veila and Eva Lucia. Theresa grew up in Altona, and later married the late Richard H Naro of Plattsburgh, N.Y. She took pride in raising her kids and grandkids, along with her enjoyment of gardening, crocheting, reading, playing cards, casino, Bingo, and spending time with her family.
Left to cherish the memory of Theresa are her daughters- Kathy Barboza, and Brenda Edwards-McChesney and a son James Naro. Two sisters,- Marie Lavalley, and Irene Young. Grandchildren, - Millissa McCrea, Amanda Brassard, Grant Brassard, Matthew Brassard, Allan Brassard, Christopher Barboza, and Joel Barboza. Great Grandchildren, - Harmonie Goodchild, Donovan Barboza, Serenity Goodchild, Troy Barboza, Russell Dupee 3rd, Reese McCrea, Henry Brassard, Paisley Barboza, and Oliver Brassard, and several nieces and nephews.
Theresa was predeceased by her husband Richard Naro, sister Dorris Goodrow, Brothers- Roger Lucia, Dolphus Lucia, Leeward Lucia, and Donald Lucia, along with 2 son-in laws- David Barboza, and Joseph McChesney.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday December 17th from 11am-1:00pm at Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, N.Y. with a funeral home service at 1pm by Bishop Douglas J Lucia, followed by a burial in Holy Angels cemetery in Altona, NY.
