Marc Raymond Trudeau, 62 of Port Charlotte, FL formerly of Willimantic, husband of Tammy DeSiato Trudeau passed away Tuesday April 29, 2025 at Windham Hospital.
Born on September 18, 1962 in Willimantic, CT he was the son of the late Robert and Dyane (DeCosta) Trudeau. Marc lived in Willimantic and Chaplin for most of his life, before moving to Columbia and most recently moved to Florida. He was a dedicated 45 year employee of General Dynamics formerly Electric Boat and was an avid fan of Nascar Racing. He especially liked Kyle Larson. Marc loved to bowl, hang with his friends, and was a lifelong New York Yankees and New York Giants fan. He loved the beach, and was especially great at fixing things, fiddling with Mechanics. Marc was the life of the party, his ocean blue eyes lit up every room. He was the best husband, father, gramps and pop pop to his loving family and will be dearly missed.
Besides his wife Tammy, he leaves his children, Marc Trudeau Jr. of Columbia and Natasha Trudeau of Coventry; ; his siblings, Karen Cutting of Thonotosassa, FL, Lynn Rodriguez of Windham and Robert Trudeau Jr. of Mansfield and his grandchildren, Izaiah Balestier and Jaylen Balestier.. He was predeceased by a sister, Kathy Trudeau and a brother, David Trudeau.
Relatives and friends may visit on Tuesday May 6, from 2 to 4PM at Bacon Funeral Home 71 Prospect St, Willimantic. A Celebration of Life will follow at 4:30PM at the Elks Lodge Victorian Room 198 Pleasant St, Willimantic. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the United Way (unitedway.org).
