Marcene Gory Obituary
Marcene was born September 1, 1943 in Carthage Missouri to parents Gene and Marzella (Knott) Carney.
She served as the Executive Director of the Delaware Manufactured Housing Association as well as the President of the Delaware Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. She completed her career in 2021 retiring as a Manager of the Delaware Division of Corporations.
She was a loving and devoted Mother. She loved the company of her beloved dogs. She was an avid fan of the Kansas State Wildcats.
Marcene is survived by her three sons Kevin (Cheryl), Kent (Mary) and Craig (Deanie), numerous grandchildren and great grandsons.
Funeral arrangements are private.
