Marcia Eichmeier

Marcia J. Eichmeier, 82, of Pearl City, IL passed away Saturday December 2, 2023 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport, IL. She was born February 17, 1941 in Jo Daviess County, Illinois to Carl and Margaret (Krupke) Haeft. On December 22, 1958 she married Gary D. Eichmeier in Freeport, IL after knowing each other for only three months. Gary passed away January 8, 2011. She was employed at Micro Switch in Freeport for many years. Marcia enjoyed crafting and spending time with her dogs.
She is survived by her brother-in-law Gene (Cindy) Eichmeier; sister-in-law Beulah Haeft; nephew Rex (Mary) Haeft; nieces Rebecca and Erin; and many great nieces and nephews.
Preceding Marcia in death are her parents and siblings Belva, Barbara, Jeanette, Howard, and LaVerne.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday December 8, 2023 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Freeport. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been in established in Marcia's memory.
