Marcus Stacey Cosper Outlaw, affectionately known as "Markie", and called "Coz" by his close friends, was

born to Odvie Outlaw and Kathryn Cosper on August 10, 1967, in Toledo, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by both parents; his eldest grandson, Benjamin Edmund Davis V; sisters Doritha Cosper, Kimberly Cosper, and Jimalene "Jeannie" Ransey; brother James Cosper, Jr.; and nephews Christopher Cosper, and James "Jimmy" Ransey.

Marcus is a Jesup W. Scott High School graduate, and proud "Bulldog for life". His primary work experience

was as a machinist in the auto industry. Marc had a great sense of humor; his smile could light up a room, and

he loved to make others laugh. He was a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan. In addition to cheering on his

beloved Steelers, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was especially excited to step into his

role as Paw Paw to Tristen.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Bri'Ana Crawford, and grandson Tristen Jimmir Crawford of

Toledo, Ohio; his brother Larry (Leonila) Cosper of Lenoir City, Tennessee; sisters Rose Martin of Fostoria,

Ohio; Juanita (Nathaniel) Greene and Gladine (Jerry) Taylor, of Toledo, Ohio; and Sharlenea (Moses)

Menchan of Ocala, Florida; nephews, nieces, friends; and long-time friend Yvonne Crawford.
