Marcus Rainer Obituary
He was born in Trenton, New Jersey where he was a lifelong resident. He educated at Task School and studied electrical training at Fortis Institute. He was employed by Eschel SPO for 8 years as a security guard.
Marcus loved the simple things in life like sitting on the front porch and patrolling the boulevard. He especially loved his two dogs, Blanca and Capone. They were the joy,of his life. He
also enjoyed fishing.
Marcus was preceded in death by his mother, Michele L. Rainer, his maternal grandparents (Lester and Louise Rainer), and his paternal grandparents (Leroy and Peggie Reed).
He leaves behind loved ones to cherish his precious memories- his father, VincentL. Reed, Sr. (Joann) of Chesterfield, VA; three brothers Michael Rainer of Greenville, NC, Vincent L. Reed, Jr. (Rachel) of Ventress, LA, Deon Reed of Chesterfield, VA; and two sisters Shontrell 0. Reed of Raleigh, NC and Ashley Rainer (Andrea of Houston, TX; a special friend Ashley Little; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and special cousins DaQuan Thomas, Eric Arm- strong, and Justin.
Marcus would want us to find comfort in knowing how much he loved each of us, celebrate his life, and move forward with love in our hearts. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
Funeral service will be 11am Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Wayne Ave. Baptist Church, 30 Wayne Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
