(Nee Murray)
Age 86, late of Homer Glen, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2025, under the care of Lightways Hospice. Born and raised in Chicago, lived in Palos Hills, Lockport, and a resident at Marian Village in Homer Glen since 2022. Former member of St. Dennis Church, Lockport. She enjoyed crocheting, BINGO, word searches, and spending time with her dear friends at Marian Village. Margaret and her late husband Gregory were married in 1969. Through 52 years of marriage, they were blessed with a beautiful family, and built a life together filled with love. Their bond was a true testament to commitment and partnership. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother, and graham cracker. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gregory Anderson (2021); her parents, Charles and Caroline (Nee Schulien) Murray; and son-in-law, Ron Kulinski.
Survived by her loving children, Billy Schmude, Jeff (Kelly) Schmude, Chris (Bob) Kulinski, Greg (Brenda) Anderson and Jim (Sandy) Anderson; six cherished grandchildren, Angela, Jeffery, Brittany, Corynn, TY and Charlie; two adored great grandchildren, Brantley and Kane; and numerous other cherished family members and friends. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice in Margaret's name or spend time with your family or cherished loved ones.
Per Margaret's wishes, cremation rites have been respectfully addressed.
Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, in the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel 1105 E. 9th St. Lockport, IL 60441, from 10:30am until chapel prayers at 12:15pm. Following prayers a Memorial Mass will be held at Marian Village Chapel 15624 Marian Dr. Homer Glen, IL 60491 at 1:00pm.
