Margaret Ann Cotton, 86, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 16, 2025, at Teton Healthcare of Cascadia.
Margaret was born April 30, 1939, in Grand Junction, Colorado, to Charlie Allen and Jeanette Cadwell Allen. She grew up and attended schools in Natrona County and graduated from Natrona County High School.
In June 1958, she married Jay Holder. He passed away on September 12, 2012. She later married Curtis Cotton in Casper, Wyoming. Margaret and Casper made their home in Glenrock, Wyoming, where Margaret worked as a registered nurse.
She enjoyed playing on her tablet, coloring, talking with people, talking about Jesus, and joking around. She was always happy and loved making people happy. She loved being around everyone, especially her grandkids and great grandkids.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Tammy Johnson of Glenrock, WY; daughter, Thenda (Kevin) Grant of Glerock, WY; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, Jay Holder; ex-husband, Curtis Cotton; daughter, Terry Holder; son, Joe Holder; son, Oriolle Holder; and daughter, Janice Martinez.
No services will be held at this time.
