Age 93, a long-time resident of Mt. Lebanon, on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Raymond P. Crawford Sr.; loving mother of William C. Crawford (Beverly), Raymond P. Crawford Jr. (Susan), and Nancy L. Crawford (Bill Vechter); adoring grandmother of Jenna Mayo (Kyle), Alex Crawford (Marnie), Brian Crawford (Rebecca), Allison Betts (Matt), Kevin Crawford, and Stephen Crawford; and great-grandmother of 8. She is also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
Margaret was the office manager for RP Crawford Company from 1983 until 2005. She enjoyed skiing, golfing, water-skiing, white-water rafting, and roller skating; and did these into her 70’s. Margaret enjoyed traveling and visiting family. She was a 58-year member of Unity Presbyterian Church.
Friends will be received Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 2-8 PM in WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Twp., 412-563-2800, where her memorial service will be held Monday, May 22 at 10 AM. Interment to follow in Homewood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Animal Rescue League, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 or to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
