Margaret M. "Peg" Duncan
Of Morningside on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, age 92. Beloved wife of the late Robert Duncan; mother of Jeffrey Duncan, Helaine Clark, Roberta Hurst (James) and Robert Duncan, Jr. (Pamela); grandmother of Angel Ord (Everitt), James J. Hurst, Paul Clark, Heather Mancine (Mark), J.J. Pytel, Corey Pytel (Mary), Nicolette Duncan and the late Robin Lynn Meldrum (survived by Sandy); great-grandmother of Peyton, Emmett and Gabriel; sister of the late Roger Egan (Eleanor), William Egan, Mary Windisch (Regis), Helen Egan, and Richard Egan; also survived by nieces and nephews. Peg was a devout Catholic and a member of the Third Order of St. Francis. She was also a member of the Ladies of Charity at St. Raphael's. Peg's ministry was making rosaries and sharing them overseas, at prisons, and for first communions. Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 5300 Penn Avenue, Bloomfield, on Tuesday, 2-8 pm. At the request of the family, masks will be required to prevent the spread of Covid.
